Birthday parties on the River Thames
Why not hire one of our fabulous boats to celebrate a birthday. Whether you are planning a small party of 40 or bigger affair of up to 240 guests our luxury party boats offer a true venue with a difference.
Board your guests from any Central London pier and cruise along the river taking in the sights and sounds of our beautiful city. All our boats boast a sundeck for a breath of fresh air and some sunshine (weather permitting) and all are equipped with central heating inside for chillier days.
All boats have fully stocked bars selling drinks at reasonable pub prices, as well as DJ areas and dance floors to show off your moves. We can also arrange decorations in the form of balloons and rope lighting, or you can come on before the party to decorate yourselves.
The boats are hired for a minimum of 4 hours in the day (before 5 pm) and 4 hours in the evening, with the latest end time of 1 am (Fridays & Saturdays only). Hire includes the crew and bar staff but there are a variety of optional extras which can be added onto your package if desired.

Golden Star
One large open saloon with space for up to 120 guests, plus a sundeck means she is perfectly suited for birthdays, anniversaries, family get-togethers and much more.

New to our fleet the Golden Spirit (previously the Pride of London) boasts 2 airy saloons and a beautiful sundeck, making her suitable for all types of family celebrations.

Golden Flame
2 internal saloons and a large sundeck make the Golden Flame boat suitable for all types of celebrations on the river Thames for 100-240 passengers.

The most spacious of our fleet the Golden Jubilee is laid out over 2 decks and has a sun deck capable of holding 150 with ease.

Children's Party FAQs
Your child and their friends will love the disco on board the Golden Star! Designed for children between the ages of 10 and 16 our in-house DJ will play a wide mix of teen friendly chart toppers old and new. The Golden Star boasts panoramic views of London for when they need a breather, and is conveniently laid out over one level so you can keep an eye on them!
- Minimum adult:child ratio of 1 responsible adult (over 25) per 5 children.
- A maximum of 50 children onboard.
- Alcoholic drinks cannot be purchased or consumed by anyone under the age of 18. Photo ID will be required for anyone who looks under the age of 25.
- A pre-paid minimum bar spend will be payable, this may vary depending on the date.
- Certain dates may not be available in peak season.

The afternoon disco package includes a four hour cruise on the River Thames, a live DJ and disco. An account bar will be set up for soft drinks for the children which can also be used for soft and alcoholic drinks for adults should you wish.
In addition to our general boat hire terms and conditions and our under 21’s policy we require:
- Minimum adult:child ratio of 1 responsible adult (over 25) per 5 children.
- A maximum of 50 children onboard.
- Alcoholic drinks cannot be purchased or consumed by anyone under the age of 18. Photo ID will be required for anyone who looks under the age of 25.

- A maximum of 30 children onboard.
- Parties for 5-10 year olds are only available during the daytime, the latest finish time is 5pm.
- A pre-paid minimum bar spend will be payable, this may vary depending on the date.
- We are happy for you to provide your own children’s entertainer should you wish.
