As many of you know we work closely with Flying Eagle catering to provide buffets, barbecues and sit-down meals on board all 4 of our boats. After another busy year we have re-jigged some of the menus to ensure they stay current and appealing, including adding halloumi to the barbecue, cod and chorizo croquettes to the buffet and mini toad in the hole to the hot canape menus. Full menus will be on our website soon.
