March 2002 was a pretty special month…
Tony Blair was prime minister, 6 Music began broadcasting, Halle Berry and Denzel Washington won at the Oscars, the Osbournes premiered on tv and Spain ditched the peseta and embraced the Euro. All exciting stuff, but, most importantly (!) it was also the month that Capital Pleasure boats was born.
The brainchild of 4 friends who still own and work in the company today, CPBS has grown from 1 boat, the Golden Jubilee, then, to 4 party boats and 8 work boats now, with lots of others bought and sold over the years. Crucially though we are so pleased and proud that so many of you, our fabulous clients, have been with us since the beginning and just keep coming back for your events and marine services jobs.
18 years – thousands of customers and their successful parties and hundreds of thousands of happy party goers. Happy birthday to us and here’s to the next 18 years!
